It is with great excitement that I welcome you to the launch of our new College Tour initiative "D.E.A.L." -- Developing and Empowering Aspiring Leaders. Along with creating an inclusive community for all people, grooming and cultivating young leaders has always been a passion of mine.
The vision of these College Tours is to be a forum for students to network, meet potential mentors, and grow professionally. These events bring together a diverse mix of successful leaders who, through the discussion of topics relevant to today's issues, will educate, inspire and encourage students to reflect on their own goals and identities as they move closer to their future careers and ambitions.
I invite you to take part in one of the many great summits being held across the country. You will find that our D.E.A.L. summits are exceptional learning opportunities.
